Workouts day3

Today I'm on leave. So I attended for my workout day3. 

Weight 66.7

Treadmill speed 4

I did workout around 2 hours.

I got vegetables, chicken and eggs for my diet.

I decided to cut my lunch.

I got 1 Tose for my dinner with chicken 

I increased my steps to 50
