Day 2

In the morning I woke up early. No any bad feelings like earlier. Pain was there. But its okay to bare. I ate rice, egg, dhall and ladyfingers as my breakfast. My diet plan should be changed. I took 2 breads with butter and had a plain tea as my lunch. Today i wanted to go for the workout as well. But Today i have a cardiology lecture. So i postponed it to tomorrow.
I got a wash and ready to go out for duty. Really impressed. Feels so energetic..
I thought just one thing. "Why i ate that much..".
But its okay to be changed any time 👠
