Work Out Day 1

Today is my first day in Gym. My height was 5.2feetsWeight 68kg. So BMI was around 29. I have to loss 13 kg for my normal BMI. I was taught workouts for my arms, abdomen and legs. It was hard to do. But i did my best.
After 3 hour I finished my first day at the gym. I couldn't to step down from the gym after workout. My knees are like vibrating. So i took a taxi to home.
I'm so positive. After came home I washed my clothes and had my dinner. I'm so tired because I did a 18 hours duty Shift. So I took a warm bath.
At the night i couldn't to bare the pain. All my back, limbs felt like broken. I didn't sleep untill midnight 😔
